Our Story
I’m Leandro, founder of Travel and Vibes. I’m Florence-based, and I created this service for travelers who want to experience the real Tuscany in comfort — without stress, rushed schedules, or “one-size-fits-all” tours.
That’s why Travel and Vibes focuses on private transfers and curated itineraries with a Mercedes V-Class Executive (up to 6 guests). Whether it’s an airport pickup, a countryside escape, or a full-day experience, everything is planned around your pace and your interests.
Before working in travel experiences, I spent 22 years in Florence in the world of education and pedagogy as a pedagogist (education professional). That background shaped how I work with people: listening first, planning with care, and creating a calm, respectful experience — especially for families and small groups.
I also volunteer with NGOs, which has strengthened my commitment to hospitality, inclusion, and doing things the right way. Alongside Travel and Vibes, I work in Human Resources for an Italian-American company — a role that helps me understand expectations, communication style, and service standards that U.S. travelers value.
